Annual Spring Lenten Encounter at Camp Nazareth for 8-18 year olds from April 5-7, 2024!

ANNUAL SPRING LENTEN ENCOUNTER AT CAMP NAZARETH APRIL 5-7, 2024!

This exciting event invites children aged 8 to 18 from across the diocese to embark on a transformative “mini- camp”, Camp Nazareth
experience.

On the third Sunday of Lent, participants will come together for a Christ-centered journey as we remember the Sunday of the Holy Cross. The Cross of our Lord is the source of strength, and the weekend’s theme, inspired by Deuteronomy 31:6, serves as a reminder that our God is our strength: “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Campers will engage in a variety of spiritually enriching activities, fostering fellowship, personal growth, and a deeper connection to their faith. From reflective discussions to interactive sessions, and plan old fashioned camp fun, the program is destined to inspire courage, resilience, and unwavering trust in God’s guidance. The Jr. ACRY extends heartfelt gratitude to the Loposky family and Camp Nazareth Staff for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts to ensuring the success of this event. Registration for this enriching experience is now open at this link, with a nominal fee of $110 per camper.

Financial assistance is available to those in need; individual requiring support are encouraged to reach out to Fr. Matthew Dutko at fatherdutko@gmail.com.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to grow in Christ with faith, fellowship, and fun! Join us at Camp Nazareth for the annual Lenten Spring Encounter from April 5th to April 7th for a memorable experience that will resonate in the souls of our children long after the event concludes.
